Device Test Interfaces

Our Test Clips allow easy electrical access to in-circuit semi-conductors.  We have been designing and manufacturing our own test clips for many years and offer a unique serviceable product that proves to be reliable, repeatable, and long lasting.  Unlike competitor’s clips, DiagnoSYS Systems clips are robust and proven in repetitive production use.  The strategy of our unique design ensures that the probes pierce through contaminates and oxides resulting in good electrical contact.

With ever decreasing package sizes and lead pitches, we continue to invest in Research and Development to ensure that we are able to provide a clipping solution to any surface mounted or through hole mounted semi-conductor and are pleased to announce our new capability and range of 0.4mm Pitch Clips – a world first in hand-held microprobe type test clips.

We have 100’s of different types in our current clip range and this continues to grow month on month.  We aim to deliver our current range of clips within 6 weeks from order and if you can’t find a clip that meets your requirement, we will design one specifically for no extra fee and deliver within 9 weeks.
